Kimpton Launches New Guest Loyalty Program
Karma Rewards to Recognize Brand-Related Social Engagement in Addition to Stays
Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants announced it is replacing its InTouch guest loyalty program with Kimpton Karma Rewards.
In addition to offering awards for stays completed at Kimpton properties, the new program also rewards members for socially engaging with the Kimpton brand through a variety of different activities, including dining at Kimpton restaurants and bars, mentioning the Kimpton brand on social media, booking a stay through Kimpton’s website, traveling with a pet, or attending wine hour at a Kimpton property.
Members may progress through multiple tiers in Kimpton Karma Rewards, starting from Tier One. As members receive credits and move up through the tiers, they will be eligible to receive specific perks and benefits during future stays, including complimentary Wi-Fi, customized welcome amenities, in-room spa services, room upgrades based on availability, and $10 bar vouchers.
Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants is based in San Francisco and currently operates 60 boutique hotels and nearly 70 restaurants, bars, and lounges in 26 cities in the United States.
