Transaero Airlines announced it will launch new non-stop service between Moscow and Taipei, Taiwan on July 2.  The service will operate once weekly, using Boeing 767-300 aircraft.

Flights will depart Vnukovo International Airport in Moscow at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesdays, and arrive at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport in Taipei at 6:50 a.m. the next day.  Flights from Taipei will depart at 9:40 a.m. on Thursdays, and arrive in Moscow at 5:30 p.m.

Transaero’s Boeing 767-300 aircraft are configured with three classes.  The planes have between 12 and 26 seats in business class, between 98 and 117 seats in premium economy, and between 92 and 106 seats in economy.

Transaero Airlines was founded in 1990 and first commenced operations in 1991. It is Russia’s second largest airline, and currently serves over 150 destinations worldwide.
