SkyWest Airlines announced operational results for May 2014.

Total capacity for the month also decreased by 4% year-over-year, down to 3.248 billion available seat miles, or ASMs, from 3.383 billion last year.
Meanwhile, the airline reported an increase in load factor of 1.7 percentage points, up to 84.1% from 82.4% during the same period last year.
SkyWest reports traffic results on a system-wide basis, and does not break down results by subsidiary. The final numbers represent combined data from the parent company’s two subsidiaries, SkyWest Airlines and ExpressJet Airlines.
