New Grand Hyatt Hotel to Open in Abu Dhabi

Hyatt announced it will open the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi and Residences Pearl Emirates in Abu Dhabi in 2015. The new hotel will be located in the Ras Al Akhdar district of the city.

The 47-story property will have 368 guestrooms and 60 fully furnished apartments. The hotel will also have various dining venues, including four restaurants, a lounge, and two bars.

A spa, fitness center, and various meeting spaces will also be located on the premises.

The Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi and Residences Pearl Emirates will be within walking distance of several upscale shopping malls and tourist attractions, and only 30 minutes away from Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Hyatt currently operates 554 luxury properties in 47 countries worldwide. The Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi and Residences Pearl Emirates will be the second Grand Hyatt establishment to open in the United Arab Emirates, after the Grand Hyatt Dubai, which debuted in 2003.
