Sixty Hotels announced it will debut a new hotel in Miami Beach this fall. The Nautilus Hotel South Beach will be located on the oceanfront in the heart of Miami’s art deco district.

The property will have 251 guestrooms, including 29 suites and two penthouses. Each guestroom will have a gourmet mini bar and a selection of Ren bath amenities, while the two penthouses will each feature a private garden terrace, a dining area, and a kitchen.

The hotel’s lobby will have spacious communal seating and a lobby lounge, while the property will also house a pool bar and fitness center. In addition, the hotel will incorporate various meeting and event spaces, including 16,500 square feet (1,532 square meters) of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.

The property will also have a restaurant, the Blue Door, which will serve cuisine cooked in a French style using Brazilian ingredients. The restaurant will also include an alfresco dining patio and a bar, and will be capable of seating up to 210 guests.

The Nautilus Hotel South Beach will be the first Sixty brand hotel to open in Miami. The hotelier, which was founded in 2001, currently operates several properties in New York and Los Angeles.
