JetBlue Launches 4 New Routes to Latin America, Caribbean

JetBlue Airways announced new non-stop service between the United States and four destinations throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. The airline’s new service include flights between Newark and Santiago, Dominican Republic, and between Fort Lauderdale and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; Montego Bay, Jamaica; and Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

Flights between Newark and Santiago depart Newark Liberty International Airport at 8:24 a.m. and arrive at Cibao International Airport in Santiago at 12:24 p.m. Flights from Santiago depart at 1:20 p.m. and arrive in Newark at 5:15 p.m.

Flights from Fort Lauderdale depart Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport at 11:05 a.m. and arrive at Punta Cana International Airport at 1:29 p.m.  From Punta Cana, flights depart at 2:25 p.m. and arrive in Fort Lauderdale at 5:09 p.m.

The airline’s flights between Fort Lauderdale and Montego Bay depart Fort Lauderdale at 12:17 p.m. and arrive at Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay at 1:06 p.m. Flights from Montego Bay depart at 2:02 p.m. and arrive in Fort Lauderdale at 4:59 p.m.

Flights from Fort Lauderdale to Port of Spain depart at 7:00 a.m. and arrive at Piarco International Airport in Port of Spain at 10:50 a.m., while flights from Port of Spain depart at 11:46 a.m. and arrive in Fort Lauderdale at 3:54 p.m.

In addition to the four new routes, JetBlue also plans to add non-stop service from Fort Lauderdale to Pittsburgh on October 29 of this year.
