Hilton announced the opening of a new Waldorf Astoria brand hotel in Amsterdam. The Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam is comprised of six renovated townhouses from the 17th and 18th centuries.

The property has 93 guestrooms and suites, each with ceiling beams, sash windows, and bathrooms with freestanding baths. The hotel also has four dining venues, including a restaurant, a bar, a lounge for drinks and light refreshments, and a private dining room.

A heated indoor pool, as well as a spa with three treatment rooms, a steam room, and sauna are also located on the premises. The hotel also offers guests personal concierge service.

The property is located near Amsterdam’s famous Herengracht canal, which has been named an Unesco World Heritage site. The hotel is also within walking distance of many shopping and dining venues.

The Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam is the first Waldorf Astoria brand establishment to open in the Netherlands.
