DSC_0223Gogo said it will offer fully integrated SwiftBroadband data services through its Aircell business-aviation group.  The new offerings include pay-as-you-go monthly data plans and improvements to Gogo Text & Talk, a service which allows passengers to use their own cell phones and devices to text in-flight.

SwiftBroadband Airtime offers monthly data plans with no fixed monthly fees and no minimum usage requirements, annual data plans for heavy data users, and multi-aircraft discounts, among other features.

Gogo has an Air-to-Ground network of more than 160 towers in North America. The Illinois-based company recently won a contract from Air Canada and introduced Gogo Vision, an on-demand in-flight entertainment service.

Gogo currently provides in-flight connectivity services on more than 2,000 commercial aircraft across a number of major airlines, including American, Delta, and United among others.
