American Express said it will provide Platinum and Centurion card members with a free subscription to Boingo.

The service, called the Boingo American Express Preferred Plan, offers unlimited access to over one million land-based Wi-Fi hotspots located at airports, hotels, cafes, and stadiums, as well as other venues where Boingo offers service.

Users will be able to connect up to four devices simultaneously, and there are no data caps or roaming fees.  The new plan is similar to Boingo’s $59 Global plan, although that plan only includes 2,000 minutes, while the American Express plan is unlimited.

Setup is easy.  Simply enroll at amex.boingo.com and create a user name and password.  Users can also download the Boingo Wi-Finder App, which is compatible with a variety of Apple iOS, Mac, and Windows devices.
