JetBlue Airways announced it will launch new daily, non-stop service between Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Fort Lauderdale, Florida on October 29.  Flights will operate using Airbus A320 aircraft.

Flights will depart Pittsburgh International Airport at 7:15 a.m. and arrive at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport at 10:00 a.m.  Flights from Fort Lauderdale to Pittsburgh will depart at 6:55 p.m. and arrive at 9:31 p.m.

JetBlue’s A320s are outfitted with 150 seats, including 42 in the airline’s Even More Space premium economy section, and 108 in coach.  Seats in premium economy are 17.8” wide, and have a pitch of 38”.

To celebrate the start of the new service, the airline is offering introductory one-way fares of $79 for tickets purchased by April 15, for travel between October 29 and December 17, 2014, for flights operating on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, except for blackout dates between November 20 and December 1.
