Starwood announced it will open a new Element brand hotel in Bozeman, Montana, in June 2015. The new hotel will be located in the city’s downtown entertainment district.

The Element Bozeman will have 104 guest rooms and suites, each with modular furniture, swiveling flat screen TVs, desks with open shelving, and custom-designed closets. Each room will also feature a fully equipped kitchen.

The hotel will also have a 24-hour fitness center, an indoor and outdoor pool, and a 900-square-foot (83-square-meter) meeting room. Complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails will also be available, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi Internet service throughout the entire property.

The hotel will be located within walking distance of various restaurants, shopping boutiques, art galleries, and nightlife spots, as well as the Emerson Center for Arts and Culture and the Museum of the Rockies. The property will also be located 15 minutes away from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.

Element is the only major hotel brand to pursue brand-wide LEED certification for high-performance buildings. The Element Bozeman will be the first Element brand property to open in Montana.
