Cuba Travel Services announced it will launch a new, non-stop flight between Miami and Holguin, a city on the eastern shore of Cuba, on June 5. The new flight will offered once a week and will be operated by Sun Country Airlines, using Boeing 737-800 aircraft configured with two classes of service.

Flights are scheduled to depart Miami at 4:30 p.m. on Thursdays and arrive in Holguin at 5:45 p.m. Flights from Holguin will depart at 6:45 p.m. and arrive in Miami at 8:00 p.m., also on Thursdays.

The additional new route will bring the total number of destinations served by Cuba Travel Services, a charter operator, to six cities within Cuba.

Cuba Travel Services currently offers weekly nonstop charter flights between the United States and the Cuban cities of Havana, Cienfuegos, Camaguey, Santa Clara, and Santiago de Cuba. The charter operator provides service through flights operated by American Airlines and Sun Country Airlines.
