Hyatt announced it will open a new Park Hyatt hotel in New York this summer. The Park Hyatt New York will be located on the first 25 floors of the 90-story One57 building in midtown Manhattan.

The hotel will offer 210 guest rooms including 92 premier suites, each with a selection of Tubereuse 40 bath amenities and floor-to-ceiling windows. Each standard guest room will be 475 square feet (44 square meters) in size.

The property will include an indoor swimming pool, a spa, and several dining venues capable of seating up to 156 guests combined. Various meeting and event spaces will also be located on the premises, including a grand ballroom and an executive boardroom with a private outdoor terrace.

The new hotel will be located at 157 West 57th Street across from Carnegie Hall and within walking distance of Central Park.

Hyatt currently operates 32 Park Hyatt brand properties worldwide. The Park Hyatt New York is expected to become the brand’s flagship hotel when it opens later this year.
