The property will feature a large multifunctional conference hall, ballroom, conference center, and multiple meeting rooms. Also on the premises will be an all-day dining restaurant, InterContinental Club Lounge, lobby bar, spa, and an indoor and outdoor pool.

The building that will house the hotel is a former printing warehouse. Centrally located in the heart of the capital, the hotel will be within walking distance of the city’s major landmarks, neighboring embassies, and business centers.
