Hyatt announced the opening of the Hyatt Place Lincoln/Downtown-Haymarket hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska.  The hotel is the first Hyatt property to open in the city.

The hotel has 111 guestrooms, three of which are suites.  Each room has swiveling 42” HD TVs, and the entire property offers Wi-Fi at no charge.

Complimentary breakfast is available for guests, with options such as fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, bread, coffee, and freshly-made breakfast sandwiches.  Other dining options include a 24-hour gallery menu serving made-to-order entrees and appetizers, as well as a hotel coffee and cocktail bar.

The property also has over 1,700 square feet (157 square meters) of meeting and event space.  In addition, Hyatt says that the hotel is the only pet-friendly property in downtown Lincoln.

The Hyatt Place Lincoln/Downtown-Haymarket is located in the new West Haymarket district, in close proximity to the University of Nebraska’s football stadium and basketball arena.
