Japan Airlines to Roll Out New Menu Items
Japan Airlines announced it will introduce new menu items on select flights beginning this March.
In first class on flights between Paris and both Tokyo Narita and Tokyo Haneda, the airline’s new menu items will include duck salad and smoked scallops for appetizers, as well as Black Angus beef filet for entrees. On the same flights, the airline will introduce new items in business class such as lobster, asparagus & morel, as well as chocolate sponge cake flavored with rum and banana. Both menu additions will be implemented March 1.
In premium economy and economy class on flights to Honolulu from Osaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo Narita, the carrier will introduce a new menu featuring items including braised veal in a blanket and apple caramel cake. These menu items will also be rolled out beginning March 1.
In addition, Japan Airlines will begin offering its new Vegetable Air Mos Burger in premium economy and economy on flights between Tokyo Narita and Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, Boston, New York, London, Frankfurt, Paris, and Helsinki. Passengers will be served buns, hamburger patties, lettuce, tomato, onion, and carrot sauce, and will be able to create their own burgers.
