Hyatt to Open New Andaz Hotels in Bali, Munich
Hyatt announced that it will open a new Andaz hotel in Bali in 2016, as well as one in Munich in 2017. The Andaz Bali will be the first Andaz-branded property in Southeast Asia, while the Andaz Munich will be the first in Germany.
The beachfront Andaz Bali will have 144 guestrooms and villas. The property will also offer multiple dining options.
A fitness center and spa will also be located on the premises. In addition, there will be numerous outdoor pools.
The Andaz Munich will be part of a mixed-use development that will include upscale residential apartments, retail shops, office spaces, theaters, and dining venues. The property will have 234 guestrooms, 26 junior suites, three executive suites, and one presidential suite.
The hotel will also have an all-day restaurant, a lounge and rooftop bar, a fitness center, spa, and pool. For meeting and event space, the property will offer a ballroom, and seven conference rooms.
Currently, Andaz operates 11 properties throughout the world, and the Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills is expected to open later this year.
