Blue Monster Golf Course Reopens at Trump National Doral Miami
The Blue Monster golf course reopened on Thursday at the Trump National Doral Miami hotel in Florida, following an extensive transformation. The property’s practice facility also received major enhancements.
The Blue Monster course now features new greens, traps, fairway trees, and bigger lakes. In addition, over a million yards of undulation was added to make it easier for fans and spectators to view games.
The hotel’s practice facility was enlarged to five times its original size. It includes a new driving range, and a short game, chipping, and putting area. In addition, the new facility includes an LED lighting system, allowing golfers to practice at night.
The Blue Monster golf course has been a host to the PGA Tour for over 50 years. Next month, the course will host the World Golf Championships – Cadillac Championship.
