Trump Hotel Collection announced it will open the Trump Hotel Rio de Janeiro in Brazil in 2016.  The hotel will be the company’s first property in South America.

The 13-story hotel will house 171 rooms with grey marble floors and private balconies and terraces.  The property will also have 11 suites, which will feature private plunge pools on private patios.

The hotel will be equipped with approximately 10,000 square feet (929 meters) of meeting and event space, as well as a 2,000 square foot (185 square meter) fitness center.  A 4,000 square foot (371 square meter) pool deck with private VIP cabanas in front of an infinity pool will also allow guests to relax, swim, and enjoy beachfront views.

Also located on the property will be a 4,000 square foot (371 square meter) nightclub.  In addition, guests will be able to take advantage of a spa on the premises.
