Japan Airlines announced it will begin Boeing 787 Dreamliner service to Vancouver, B.C. Canada on February 3.  The aircraft will be deployed on the carrier’s route between Vancouver International Airport and Tokyo Narita.

The aircraft will first be used on the route once weekly, on Mondays.  By March, the aircraft use will expand to all of the route’s daily flights.

When the Dreamliner operations begin, it will be the first time for a 787 aircraft to arrive at Vancouver International Airport.

Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner has improved fuel efficiency, as well as wider aisles, larger windows, and a lower perceived cabin altitude.
