Starwood announced the opening of the Aloft Yancheng hotel in eastern China.  The hotel is the seventh Aloft property to open in the country.

Each of the hotel’s 299 guestrooms features high ceilings and oversized windows, as well as complimentary wireless Internet and 42” LED TVs.  In the bathrooms, there are large spa-inspired showers.

The hotel is equipped with 3,767 square feet (350 square meters) of meeting and event space, as well as a fitness center and indoor pool.  The property also has the brand’s signature W XYZ bar, which offers cocktails, table tennis, and billiards.

The hotel’s signature restaurant, Nook, serves international cuisine as well as local dishes.  The property also has a 24-hour self-service pantry, which offers light meals and snacks.
