The St. Regis New York hotel announced the completion of an extensive property renovation.  The hotel’s guestrooms, suites, bar, and public spaces were redesigned during the renovation.

The guestrooms are now outfitted with black-lacquer painted doors, marble tiled entryways, and custom furnishings.  The rooms also exhibit New York City photography.

The hotel’s Imperial Suite was updated with European Chinoiserie and East Asian furnishings, as well as new window seats.  The Royal Suite now features gilded moldings, exotic prints, and a new art collection.

The lobby of the hotel incorporates lost architectural elements, such as functional oval windows above the front desk.  The lobby also has updated furnishings and amenities.

The hotel bar, the King Cole Bar, was expanded to include a new lounge and an open fireplace.  The venue is now called the King Cole Bar & Salon.

The hotel also partnered with New York chef and restaurateur John DeLucie to create a new menu for the King Cole Bar & Salon.  The menu features modern American cuisine with an international twist.
