Alaska Airlines to Add Service Between Salt Lake City and Three Destinations

Alaska Airlines announced it will add new daily service from Salt Lake City to three cities next summer.  From Salt Lake City, the carrier will begin service to Boise, Idaho and Las Vegas on June 16, and service to San Francisco on June 18.

Between Boise and Salt Lake City, flights will depart Boise at 7:10 a.m. and arrive in Salt Lake City at 8:22 a.m.  Flights from Salt Lake City will depart at 5:55 p.m. and arrive in Boise at 7:12 p.m.

Alaska will operate twice daily service between Las Vegas and Salt Lake City, with flights departing Las Vegas at 10:50 a.m. and 2:55 p.m., and arriving in Salt Lake City at 1:18 p.m. and 5:23 p.m.  Flights from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas will depart at 9:45 a.m. and 1:50 p.m., and arrive at 10:15 a.m. and 2:20 p.m.  Both the Salt Lake City Boise and Salt Lake City-Las Vegas route will be operated using Horizon Air Bombardier Q400 aircraft.

From San Francisco, flights will depart at 8:35 p.m. and arrive in Salt Lake City at 11:20 p.m.  Flights from Salt Lake City to San Francisco will depart at 8:00 a.m. and arrive at 8:50 a.m.  The service will be operated using Boeing 737 aircraft.
