JetBlue Begins New Chicago-San Juan Service

JetBlue announced the launch of daily nonstop service between Chicago and San Juan, Puerto Rico.  The service is the airline’s first to the Caribbean from Chicago.

Flights depart Chicago O’Hare International Airport at 9:30 a.m. and arrive at Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan at 4:03 p.m.  Flights from San Juan to Chicago depart at 3:58 p.m. and arrive at 7:10 p.m.

The new service operates using Airbus A320 aircraft, equipped with 42 seats in Even More Space, and 108 seats in coach.  Seats in Even More Space are 17.8” wide, and have a pitch of 38”.

In honor of the new service, JetBlue is offering flights between the two cities beginning at $174, for travel between December 3 and February 28, 2014.
