The Joule Dallas hotel recently completed a two-year, $78 million renovation to its property.  The hotel is located in a revitalized 1920s neo-gothic landmark building on Dallas’s Main Street.

As part of the renovation, an additional 32 guestrooms were added to the second tower of the hotel, bringing the total number of rooms to 161.  The new rooms consist of 21 premier guestrooms, eight deluxe suites, and three ultra-luxe penthouses, two of which are multi-level and contain a private terrace, and one of which occupies an entire floor.

The hotel’s function space also tripled in size during the renovations, with the addition of two new ballrooms, three new meeting rooms, and a pre-function area.  The property now has over 14,000 square feet (1,300 square meters) of meeting and event space.

In addition, the hotel now has a rooftop terrace called the Joule Terrace, which features a climate-controlled pavilion with a retractable roof, and a functional glass elevator shaft.
