Hyatt announced it will open the Andaz Tokyo hotel in Japan next summer.  The property will be the first Andaz hotel in the country.

The new hotel will encompass eight floors, including the top six of a 52-story tower in Toranomon, a business district of Tokyo.  The tower, which will include housing offices, residences, shops, and conference venues, will be the second tallest in the city.

The hotel will have 164 guestrooms, 16 of which will be suites.  The property will also have an indoor infinity pool, spa, and fitness center, all of which will be located on the 37th floor of the building.

On the top floor, there will be an open-air bar and a chapel.  There will also be an all-day dining restaurant located on the 51st floor.
