Alaska Airlines announced the launch of new daily Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas-Portland, Oregon service. The service operates using Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

Flights depart Portland at 10:15 a.m. and arrive at Dallas/Fort Worth at 4:04 p.m. Flights from Dallas/Fort Worth to Portland depart at 5:00 p.m. and arrive at 6:59 p.m.

Alaska Airline’s Boeing 737-800 aircraft are configured with a two-class cabin. Seats in first class are 21” wide, and have a pitch of 36”.

To promote the new service, the airline is offering one-way fares starting at $129 for purchase through September 19. The tickets require a 14-day advance purchase, and may be used for travel between September 30 and November 20, 2014. The airline will also offer double Mileage Plan miles on the new route, through October 31.

Last month, Alaska Airlines inaugurated service between Atlanta and Portland.
