Hyatt announced the opening of the Park Hyatt Siem Reap in Cambodia.  The property was previously the Hotel De La Paix, and reopened as a Park Hyatt property following a 14-month renovation.

The hotel has 108 guestrooms, 13 of which are suites.  Of the suites, four of them have their own private plunge pools.

The hotel’s restaurant, The Dining Room, features a mix of traditional Khmer and French provincial cuisine, including classic Cambodian dishes.  Guests can also enjoy afternoon tea or evening cocktails in the Living Room, and the Glasshouse Deli Patisserie offers pizzas, fresh baked pastries, homemade ice cream, and other comfort foods.

The property has a 2,615 square foot (242 square meter) spa, which includes six treatment rooms, a steam room, a rooftop relaxation space for yoga, and a 24-hour fitness center.  The spa also has two pools, and is decorated with giant trees and green tiles, meant to mimic a Southeast Asian lagoon.

The Park Hyatt Siem Reap also has a gallery that can be used for meetings, conferences, seminars, and weddings.  The gallery has access to a full open kitchen and separate boardroom.
