Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts said that the Westcliff Hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa, will reopen as the Four Seasons Hotel Westcliff Johannesburg in the second quarter of 2014.  The property was closed in June 2013 to undergo a substantial renovation.

The new Four Seasons hotel will have an expanded dining terrace, as well as a new spa and fitness center.  It will also have an outdoor pool located on the property.

The hotel will be the latest of Four Seasons properties to open in sub-Sahara Africa.  The company opened the Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti, Tanzania in 2012.

Four Seasons recently opened a property in St. Petersburg, Russia, the Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg.
