Delta to Add New Seasonal Service to Aspen

Delta Air Lines said it will add new nonstop seasonal service to Aspen/Snowmass, Colorado, from both Atlanta and Minneapolis-St. Paul beginning December 21 of this year.  Flights from Atlanta will be daily, while service between Minneapolis-St. Paul will operate on Saturdays only.

Flights from Aspen/Snowmass to Atlanta will depart at 12:45 p.m. and arrive at 5:53 p.m.  Flights from Atlanta to Aspen/Snowmass will depart at 10:10 a.m. and arrive at 11:59 a.m.  The service will operate through March 30, 2014.

From Minneapolis-St. Paul, flights will depart at 11:40 a.m. and arrive in Aspen/Snowmass at 1:13 p.m.  Flights from Aspen/Snowmass to Minneapolis-St. Paul will depart at 2:00 p.m. and arrive at 5:11 p.m.  The service will operate until March 29 of next year.

The new service will be operated by SkyWest Airlines, using CRJ-700 aircraft.  The plane will be outfitted with 65 seats.
