Alaska Airlines announced that Aeromexico has become a Mileage Plan partner.  Starting now, Mileage Plan members can earn miles when traveling on Aeromexico flights.  In addition, members of Aeromexico’s Club Premier program can earn miles on all Alaska Airlines flights.

Alaska Airlines and Aeromexico announced their enhanced codeshare partnership last year in December.  However, the two had not expanded the relationship to include mileage-sharing opportunities until now.

Alaska Airlines recently announced it will begin new service between San Diego and Boise, Idaho, as well as seasonal service between San Diego and Mammoth Lakes, California.  The airline also announced new service between Seattle and both Colorado Springs and Omaha, Nebraska, as well as between Portland, Oregon and both Tucson, Arizona and Reno, Nevada.

Aeromexico recently began service between Los Angeles and La Paz, Mexico, which operates twice weekly.

Other Mileage Plan partners include American Airlines, British Airways, Delta, Emirates, KLM, Korean Air, and Qantas.
