“Where Are You in Japan” Contest Winner Announced
In April we launched our “Where Are You in Japan” contest, where we asked you, our internationally savvy readers, to identify the locations of six photographed vistas throughout the region. The winner of the contest would be awarded a two-night stay at the luxurious Capitol Hotel Tokyu, in Tokyo Japan.
We’re happy to announce that the winner of the contest is Tom Moody of Miami, Florida. As an active real estate investor, Tom spends a great deal of time bouncing around the emerging markets of the developing world. “I couldn’t be more pleased for my forthcoming trip to Tokyo,” he told Frequent Business Traveler, “and cannot wait to relax and take in the breathtaking panoramas from the lap of modern sophistication at the Capitol Hotel.” Congratulations, Tom!
The photos that Tom identified were (in left to right order) Kurashiki, Tokyo (Tsukiji fish market), Taketomi-jima (home of the new Hoshinoya Okanawa resort), Kyoto (Kinkaku-ji Golden Pavilion Zen temple), Karuizawa (Hiroshi Senju Museum), and Iriomote-jima (tropical rainforest and jungle).
