The Affina Manhattan hotel announced the completion of the final phase of a two-year renovation of the entire property.  The $33 million renovation included changes made to the property’s guestrooms and suites, meeting and event spaces, and lobby.

The hotel added guestrooms, bringing the total number to 618, including 84 one- and two-bedroom suites.  The guestrooms have white and gray colors with green and orange accents, and the rooms are outfitted with advanced light-dimming technology.

The hotel has a total of 10,000 square feet (929 square meters) of meeting and event space, which is now accessible via a new 31st street entrance.  A designated staircase and glass elevator provide guests with private access to social meetings and events.

The hotel’s Fitzgerald Ballroom has grand chandeliers and high arched windows.  There is also a pre function area for registrations or cocktail receptions.

In addition, the hotel’s lobby was divided into three separate areas, and the seating in the middle is arranged in the shape of Manhattan.
