Starwood Announces Opening of Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran

Le Meridien Bali JimbaranStarwood announced the opening of the Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran.  The hotel is located on Jimbaran Bay, on the southwest coast of Bali in Indonesia.

The hotel’s 138 rooms are designed in a contemporary style with an infusion of Balinese culture.  Each room has complimentary wireless Internet, as well as 3D LED flat screen TVs, and iPod docking stations.

The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces, while ground floor rooms offer direct access to a 13,993 square foot (1,300 square meter) organic form saltwater pool.  Bathrooms have rainforest showers and separate baths.

The hotel has four dining venues in a three-story complex.  Bamboo Chic, the hotel’s signature restaurant, features Pan-Asian dishes combined with Balinese elements and cooked with locally-sourced ingredients; Smoqee Lounge & Sky Bar offers hand-crafted cocktails; Latitude 8 serves coffee during the day and wine and tapas at night; and WaLa Gelato Parlour features coffee and handcrafted gelato.

The hotel also has a conference center with 6,458 square feet (600 square meters) of space, as well as a business center.  Also located within the hotel is Serenity, a spa which offers six different treatment rooms and a lounge.
