How Do You Avoid Jet Lag?

DSC_0504The one thing that most, if not all, frequent travelers can agree upon is that jet lag is a pernicious problem when traveling.  Most have their own strategies to cope with its effects, ranging from adjusting to the new time zone in advance, changes in diet, taking melatonin as a supplement, to a combination of preventive and/or palliative measures.
