Air China Launches New Chengdu-Frankfurt Service

Air China announced it has begun new nonstop service between Chengdu and Frankfurt, three days a week.  The service operates using an Airbus A330-200 aircraft.

Flights depart Chengdu at 1:30 a.m. on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and arrive in Frankfurt at 6:10 a.m. the same day.  Flights from Frankfurt to Chengdu depart at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays as well, and arrive in Chengdu at 5:40 a.m. the next day.

The aircraft offers video on demand in every class, as well as lie-flat seats in business class.

The flight time is approximately 10 hours.
