Aeromexico Announces Los Angeles-La Paz, Mexico Route

Aeromexico announced it will begin operating a new route between Los Angeles and La Paz, Mexico on June 20 of this year.  The service will operate twice a week using Embraer E190 aircraft.

Flights from Los Angeles to La Paz will depart from Los Angeles International Airport at 2:20 p.m. on Thursdays and Sundays and arrive at 5:44 p.m.  Flights from La Paz will depart at 11:51 a.m. and arrive in Los Angeles at 1:20 p.m., also on Thursdays and Sundays.

A codeshare agreement between Aeromexico and Alaska Airlines announced on December 22, 2012 will allow passengers from La Paz to connect to various other destinations from Los Angeles International Airport.  Aeromexico finalized an order for six Boeing 787 Dreamliners in December of last year.

La Paz is the capital of the Mexican state of Baja California Sur.
