New Park Hyatt Planned for Mallorca, Spain

Hyatt announced that it will open a new Park Hyatt hotel in Mallorca, Spain in 2015. Bildschirmfoto 2013-03-11 um 17.16 1 The Park Hyatt Mallorca will be the first Hyatt hotel to be located in Mallorca, a Spanish island in the Mediterranean Sea.

The 142-room hotel will have two restaurants and a lounge, as well as a pool with a poolside bar.  There will also be over 13,000 square feet (1,207 square meters) of meting and event space.

In addition, the hotel will have a 13,000 square foot (1,207 square meter) spa and fitness center.  The property will also have its own separate beach club.

The future hotel is located at the center of a 61-acre (24.6 hectare) development that will include residential properties and luxury villas.  Situated nearby is an 18-hole golf course.

Mallorca is an island off the eastern coast of Spain in the Mediterranean Sea.  It is the largest of the Balearic Islands archipelago, which is made up of Mallorca, Minorca, Ibiza, and Formentera.
