JetBlue Announces New Chicago-San Juan Route
JetBlue Airways announced it will begin new service between Chicago and San Juan, Puerto Rico on November 20 of this year. The new service will operate daily using Airbus A320 aircraft.
Flights from Puerto Rico will depart Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport at 3:45 p.m. and arrive at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport at 6:55 p.m. Flights from Chicago will depart at 9:30 a.m. and arrive in San Juan at 4:10 p.m.
JetBlue currently serves 14 destinations from San Juan, including ten in the U.S., Boston, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, Hartford, Jacksonville, New York (JFK), Newark, Orlando, Tampa, Washington D.C. (Reagan National), and West Palm Beach, and four within the Caribbean: Santo Domingo, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and St. Croix.
The airline started serving Chicago in 2007, with service to Boston and New York.
