JetBlue Adds Service to Charleston, South Carolina from New York and Boston

JetBlue Airways added flights from Charleston, South Carolina to two destinations, New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and Boston’s Logan International Airport.  The service to New York will be nonstop and twice daily, while the service to Boston will be once daily.

The first flight from New York to Charleston will depart from JFK at 8:00 a.m. and arrive at Charleston International Airport at 10:04 a.m.  The second daily flight will depart at 2:59 p.m. and arrive at 5:11 p.m.

Flights from Charleston to New York will depart at 10:40 a.m. and arrive at 12:23 p.m.  The second flight will depart at 6:12 p.m. and arrive at 8:00 p.m.

Daily flights from Boston to Charleston will depart at 9:35 a.m. and arrive at 12:03 p.m., while flights from Charleston to Boston will depart at 12:45 p.m. and arrive at 2:52 p.m.

In addition, the airline will add a second flight between the two cities, to operate weekly on Saturdays, beginning April 6, 2013.  These flights will depart Boston at 4:50 p.m. and arrive in Charleston at 7:08 p.m., and depart Charleston at 7:45 p.m. and arrive in Boston at 9:55 p.m.

The new flights to Charleston from Boston and New York will operate using Embraer E190 aircraft.
