DSC_0404Delta has announced plans for two outdoor airport terraces, to be built at at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and New York’s JFK.  The new areas will be called the Sky Deck at Delta Sky Club and are the airline’s first-ever outdoor decks.

In Atlanta, the Sky Deck will be located in Concourse F of Hartsfield-Jackson’s new international terminal, adjacent to the Delta Sky Club.  The space is set to open this summer.

The Sky Deck at JFK will be a rooftop space, located in Delta’s new $1.2 billion expansion of the airport’s Terminal 4.  The club and terrace are expected to open in May of this year.

Delta has partnered with Architectural Digest and designer Thom Filicia for the Sky Deck project.
