Honolulu and Taipei, Taiwan, set to begin in July 2013.  The new floght will operate three times a week, using Airbus A330-200 aircraft.

Seats onboard the aircraft will feature high-resolution LCD touch-screen displays, which will offer TV programs, music, video games, and movies.  USB ports will be available at each seat, and customers traveling in business class will be offered iPod compatibility.

Home to more than 23 million inhabitants, Taiwan is considered one of the “Four Asian Tiger Economies,” along with Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea.  The capital city of Taipei will be the ninth gateway that Hawaiian Airlines has introduced or announced new service to since November 2010.
