Cesme is well known to locals as a vacation spot thanks to its rich culture, therapeutic thermal springs, local cuisine, and nearby vineyards.

The hotel will have 130 suites and 16 private hilltop villas, while the lobby will feature several restaurants and lounges, as well as entertainment and retail areas.  There will also be meeting rooms and event facilities.
