SAS to Add 45 New Routes
Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) announced plans to offer 45 new routes from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland in 2013. In addition, the airline will also increase the number of its current flights on various European and domestic routes.
From Sweden, new routes include: Stockholm to Innsbruck, Pula, Palermo, Cagliari, Thessaloniki, Pristina, Tel Aviv, and Alanya; and Gothernburg to Nice, Pristina, and Ostersund. From Norway, flights will be from Oslo to Salzburg, Berlin, Budapest, Santorini, Cagliari, Palermo, Pristina, Valencia, Malta, Lisbon, Athens, Tenerife, and Pula; from Bergen to Dubrovnik and Antalya; from Trondheim to Split; and from Stavanger to Antalya.
New flights from Denmark depart from Copenhagen traveling to San Francisco, Budapest, Prague, Newcastle, Cagliari, Palermo, Alanya, Thessaloniki, Pula, and Biarritz, while new routes from Finland include Helsinki to Rome, Paris, Geneva, Prague, and Ostersund; Turku to Kittila; and Tampere to Kittila.
