JetBlue is inviting customers to submit ideas for its new tablet app through December 2, 2012. The design contest is part of the airline’s new ThinkUp program that asks customers to voice opinions and suggest ideas on the airline’s products and services.

Beginning November 19, 2012, customers can submit ideas for what features they think should be included in the airline’s new tablet app, by visiting its Facebook page at, and clicking on the ThinkUp tab.  Public voting will take place to determine the top five ideas from December 10 through December 17, across six categories: educational, fun, ticketing, functional, loyalty, and other.

Customers who submit an idea that finishes in the top five will win two travel certificates every month for a year.  Each certificate is good for the roundtrip base fare of a JetBlue flight for the month it is given.  In addition, ideas in the top five have the potential to be included in the development of the airline’s new tablet app in early 2013.
