Wyndham Announces First Property in Bahrain

Wyndham Hotel Group has announced that it will open a new hotel in Bahrain. Expected to open in 2013, the Wyndham Grand Manama will be the first Wyndham Grand property in the country.
The five-star hotel is part of the $2.5 billion Bahrain Bay Project in the city of Manama. It will be located in the Bahrain Bay Development B.S.C., a waterfront district situated in an area filled with residential, commercial, and retail spaces.
The 260-guestroom hotel will be a short distance from the Bahrain Financial Harbor. It will cover 14 floors within a 50 floor building, and will also include health clubs, five food and beverage outlets, and both indoor and outdoor infinity pools.
