Marriot announced it has completed the multi-million dollar conversion of the former Iberville Suites in New Orleans. The property is now known as the Courtyard New Orleans Downtown/Iberville and is located one block from Bourbon and Canal Street.

The new seven-story boutique hotel includes 230 guestrooms, 140 of which are suites.  Each room features coffee maker and tea service, a mini fridge, iron and ironing board, and complimentary wireless Internet. Suites include separate bedroom and living areas, as well as a wet bar.  The hotel lobby features media booths and a lounge area.

The hotel’s dining options include Vieux Carre Cafe, which serves breakfast pastries, sandwiches, and Starbucks coffee in the morning, and offers full bar service in the evening.  M Bistro offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and features local dishes and fresh seafood.
