Intercontinental Chicago Announces New Kosher Menu
The Intercontinental Chicago Magnificent Mile has announced the opening of a kosher kitchen. The facility will be used to serve a new kosher menu, provided by Danziger Catering, which will be used for the hotel’s banquets.
The menu will feature both hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, including mini quiche and artichoke bottom topped with carrot and ginger mousse. There will also be buffet-style stations such as stir-fry, pasta and seafood, and a soup bar, along with entrée options including chicken picatta, rack of lamb, and penne with smoked chicken.
A children’s menu will also be included, as well as a variety of dessert options, including flourless chocolate cake and cappuccino mousse torte. Guests may upgrade in each category for an additional cost, and the hotel can provide a banquet event with Rabbinical Supervision over Shabbat for an added fee as well.
