South African Airways and Porter Airlines Join In Interline Agreement

Porter Airlines and South African Airlines (SAA) announced an interline agreement that will increase connection options for passengers traveling between Canada and West and Southern Africa.

The agreement allows flyers to book interline tickets on the airlines, providing access to connections at Porter’s 12 Canadian destinations as well as SAA’s 44 African destinations via Washington Dulles. Passengers who book interline tickets can check bags through to their final destination

Porter provides service between Washington Dulles and Toronto City Airport that opens connection options for SAA customers that include Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, Thunder Bay, Windsor, and Halifax. SAA offers non-stop service from Washington Dulles to Dekar, Senegal and a continuation to Johannesburg that enables access to numerous African connection options.
