Jumeirah at Ethiad Towers has opened a new Japanese restaurant, Tori No Su, complementing the hotel’s eleven other in-house dining options.

Dining at Tori No Su (Japanese for Birds Nest) is intended as much an experience in Japanese culture as it is fine dining. The menu, designed by Chef Ando offers traditional Japanese cuisine and the restaurant’s live grass walls  are intended  to signify an emphasis on freshness.

In addition to general seating, there are Teppanyaki and Robatayaki counters, a sushi bar as well as a beverage bar with several specialty mocktails. Guests can opt for traditional fare or their personal preference, as well as an “omakase” course that allows guests to experience several authentic dishes.

Tori No Su is open from 12:00 to 15:30 for lunch and from 19:00 to 23:30 for dinner.
